Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items

Inner caps, and items damaged through customer use, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchange

Size or colour exchange is available within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card).

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video, and we will replace it at our cost.
